Where is the venue?

The Barn at the Firefly Lane is located at 1464 Big Bartons Creek Rd, Dickson, TN 37055. The entrance to The Barn off Big Bartons Creek is clearly marked!

Is the ceremony going to be outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony space will be outside. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony space will be moved to a covered space. Any adjustments needed the day of the ceremony will be communicated to all guests.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour followed by a buffet station with your choice of chicken, pork, veggies and potatoes.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy a selection of soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family but are limited to how many people can join us at The Barn! We can only accommodate individuals listed by name on your invitation.

Once again, we can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the individuals listed by name on your invitation.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask all our guests to put their phones away and be connected with us in the moment! We are paying an amazing photographer to capture those moments that will be shared with all our guest! But after the ceremony, we encourage our guests to have a great time and take all the photos they want! We think our venue is absolutely gorgeous and we hope you think so too!

Does the couple have a wedding registry?

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The Barn has a large, flat gravel parking lot just steps away from entrance. We ask guests who are capable to leave closer parking spots open for guests who might have trouble getting around. Alternatively, guests can be dropped off at the pavement sidewalk leading to the front entrance if walking on gravel is not ideal.
