For those travelling internationally and wanting to fly into Calgary, the drive to Leduc is 2 hours and 16 minutes. There are variety of options for car rentals. Parking at the venue is limited, so please plan to use the shuttles provided.

This hotel is attached to the Edmonton airport in Leduc. Car rental not necessary. There will be a shuttle taking guests to and from venue. Once on the hotel website, when booking under 'Corp/Promo Code' use the booking code W14 for the discounted rate.

Our primary hotel is the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel, and we would love to have as many guests stay there as possible to make shuttle transportation easier. We completely understand that everyone has different travel budgets. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, we also have a room block here. Shuttle transportation will be arranged from both hotels if needed so everyone can easily get to and from the celebration.
