Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors on soft ground (mulch). Please dress accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Due to the setting our venue (a black barn) we have chosen an ALL BLACK Western Semi-Formal dress code. Ladies: Think black dresses or skirts. Western accessories such as boots, hats, coats, or furs/wraps may have colour or pattern. Gentlemen: Black suits are encouraged. Western flair such as cowboy boots, hats, bolo ties, or statement belt buckles are welcome. Black dress pants are perfect, and dark denim is acceptable if styled in a polished way. Coloured or patterned boots/accessories are welcome. Please refer to our gallery for visuals/inspiration. We would love for our guests to embrace the theme so the celebration feels cohesive and special.

Are kids allowed to attend the wedding?

No, due to our venue capacity we respectfully request an adults only celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at two hotels for your convenience. Our primary hotel is the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel, and we would love to have as many guests stay there as possible to make shuttle transportation easier. We completely understand that everyone has different travel budgets. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, we also have a room block at the Holiday Inn and Suites Edmonton Arpt-conference Ctr. This hotel provides complimentary shuttles from the Edmonton airport to the hotel. Shuttle transportation will be arranged from both hotels if needed so everyone can easily get to and from the celebration.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No, but shuttles will be provided to transport guests between Leduc and Black Barn.
