What can I say about a sister, other than that you’ve always been my best friend? Growing up, we often wore matching outfits when Mom dressed us (lol). We shared many of the same experiences, but more than anything, we were blessed with two wonderful parents who taught us the values of love and family. You were my maid of honor, and now I feel so lucky to stand by your side as yours. It means the world to me to have my son (your nephew/godson) be a part of your special day as well. I tried my hand at sports, but let’s be honest—you were the athlete. I was more into band, while you excelled at soccer and cheerleading. One thing I know for sure is that no matter the miles between us, we will always be close and there for each other, through the good times and the bad. I love you, Halie, and I wish nothing but the best for you in life. I am so thankful that you and Sam found each other, and that you’ll be spending the rest of your lives together.

Sam and I met, and became friends, in the second or third grade. One of my first distinct memories involving Sam was my mom telling me I wasn’t allowed to hang out with him anymore after the first time he came over. She overheard him ask if my dad had guns. Needless to say, we were not deterred. 24 years later, here I am preparing to stand beside him for the happiest, and most important, day of his life. I always wanted to have a brother when I was growing up, having 3 sisters. Instead, I got a Sam. Through all of life’s changes, the ups and the downs, Sam and I’s relationship has remained one of the few constants in each other’s lives. I am deeply thankful to be able to call him my best friend, the godfather to my son Brady and more than anything my brother. Hi! I’m Sofia, and Halie is one of my besties! We first met as kids playing Niles Youth Soccer, but it wasn’t until our college years that we truly became inseparable. God bless our parents for loving us through that time—we definitely gave them a run for their money with all our mischief! Some of my fondest memories are with Halie. She is the most genuine, loving person, and that’s what I adore about her. We’re truly “twins,” sharing the same birthday! Though we may live far apart now, somehow, we’ve always managed to be there for each other’s biggest moments. I’m beyond excited for this next big chapter in her life, and I can’t wait to stand by her side as she marries the love of her life. See you all there!

I’m Curtis, and I’ve had the privilege of calling Sam one of my best friends and colleagues for the past nine years. As he prepares to begin the incredible journey of marriage, I can’t help but reflect on the remarkable person he is. Over the years, Sam has shown me—and everyone who knows him—what it truly means to be a loyal, dependable friend. He’s always been there for me, through every high and low, offering steadfast support and unwavering loyalty. Sam’s care and affection extend far beyond words. He consistently shows his love through thoughtful gestures, kind words, and an unwavering presence that lifts up those lucky enough to be part of his life. His love isn’t just something he feels; it’s something he actively shares, constantly affirming and encouraging those around him. It’s been one of my greatest joys to watch Sam grow into the amazing person he is today.

From the moment we met, we clicked instantly—so many similarities, with my favorite being our shared laugh, which of course made us laugh even more! Haha! Halie’s fun-loving personality is what drew me to her, along with how easy it was to connect with her. I absolutely admire her hardworking mentality and her determination to succeed in life. What I love most is how we can go from having deep, real conversations about life one minute, to just enjoying the moment and having fun the next. Hi everyone, I’m Danielle! Halie and I met in college at YSU, and at the same time, we also worked together at Forever 21. From the moment we met, we realized we shared all the same interests—shopping, tailgating, and having sleepovers. Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to celebrate many milestones together, but we’ve also leaned on each other during the not-so-great times. Halie is the kind of friend where we could go a little while without talking, caught up in our own busy lives, and then pick up right where we left off like no time had passed at all. We’ve shared so many fun memories, and I’m truly honored to be a part of this special time in her life.

I'm Craig, and I’ve known Sam for about a decade now. We first met through work—most likely on a cruise ship, responsibly enjoying a drink, of course. While we didn’t work directly together, Sam quickly became one of my closest friends. Over the years, whether near or far, we’ve kept up a steady stream of late-night FaceTime calls, sharing laughter, tears, and every other emotion in between. Sam is one of the most genuine people I know, and I’m incredibly proud to call him a friend, a brother, and a confidant. I’ve had the privilege of watching Sam and Halie’s relationship grow into the beautiful love story it is today, and I’m filled with gratitude to be able to witness the union of two souls so perfectly meant for each other.

Hey everyone! I’m Riley! Halie and I met about 6 years ago at American Eagle, and she was by far the coolest boss I’ve ever had. We instantly clicked and became best friends! She’s the best workout partner, shopping buddy, and travel companion anyone could ask for. I’m always calling her throughout the day for advice or some words of wisdom (since, you know, she’s way older than me 😉). Halie has been such an incredible support throughout my nursing career, always encouraging me and being patient with my chaotic schedule. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better friend.
