Travel Note
The Goodman Community Center is comprised of two buildings, Ironworks and Brassworks, each with their own parking lot. Our wedding is located in the Brassworks building, but guests can park in either lot. Additionally, should you drive to the venue and decide you'd like to take the shuttle or a rideshare at the end of the night, you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight. All vehicles parked overnight must be picked up the next morning.

Pre-Ceremony Pickup (at both hotels): 3 PM & 3:45 PM Note: The shuttle will pickup guests at both hotels so the pickup time for the second hotel will be slightly later than the times listed above. Post-Reception Pickup (returning to both hotels): 8 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM, 11 PM & Midnight
Travel Note
We have reserved room blocks at two hotels on Madison's East side. They are both a little under 15 minutes from the venue and are within walking distance of each other. Both blocks (and the rate) are available for Friday and/or Saturday night. Please note the check-in time for each hotel as we have been informed that guests will not be able to check in early. However, if you plan to use the shuttle or a rideshare service to get to the venue, you are welcome to leave your vehicle in either hotel parking lot during the wedding and will be able to check-in afterward.

To book online, first pick the date(s) and total number of people, then search for available rooms. From there you should be able to update the rate preference to “Group Rate”. Input the code: RWW. NOTE: As of 1/22, the current rate (through the hotel's website) for some single king or double queen rooms is less than the block rate we were given. If such rooms are available, feel free to book a less expensive room without using our code. If you wish to call and reserve under our block, provide the code RWW during booking.
