With DIA being a hub, there are numerous rental car options. Lyft and Uber are also readily available. If you're staying in downtown, Denver has the Light Rail system which will get you to the downtown Union Station in about a half-hour. A huge perk of the Light Rail is that military rides free - just show them your CAC at time of boarding. Otherwise, it's just $10.50 per ride.
