The Legendary Lights of Clifton Mill is a display of over 3.5 million lights illuminating the mill, the gorge, the riverbanks, trees and bridges every year from the day after Thanksgiving to New Years.

Glen Helen Nature Preserve

The legacy of alumnus Hugh Taylor Birch, who, in 1929, donated the wooded glen to Antioch College in memory of his daughter, Helen. Now encompassing 1000 acres, all accessible from a 25-mile network of footpaths providing views of spectacular wildflowers, 400 year-old trees, limestone cliffs with waterfalls and overhangs, and the beautiful yellow spring for which the town is named. A valuable resource for hiking, birding, and exploration.

John Bryan State Park

A 752-acre park with a remarkable limestone gorge cut by the Little Miami Scenic River only one mile from Yellow Springs. Hiking on nine trails, some wheelchair accessible. Mountain biking on 9.7 miles of trails, rock climbing and rappelling, Fishing with a valid fishing license. Canoe launch on Jacoby Road. Four picnic areas. Shelter house available with reservations. Day-lodge available with reservations. Camping at 10 electric sites and 50 non-electric sites
