What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at The Farm Bakery and Events on 11/01/25. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10 PM.

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Our venue's address is 2475 W Zion Hill Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.

Is the venue handicapped-accessible?

Answer

Yes — the venue has a ramp that leads up to the Seed Barn (reception space), and the ceremony space is on ground level. There are handicapped-accessible restrooms on both levels of the Harvest Barn, as well as a drop off location near the ceremony location.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Ample free parking is available on-site, along with parking attendants. Guests may leave their cars in the lot overnight, but they must be picked up the next morning by 10:30am.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors weather permitting, while the reception will take place indoors in the Seed Barn. In the event of rain, the wedding and cocktail hour will be moved indoors into one of the barns.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, midi- or knee-length dress, dressy separates, or a suit or a dress shirt with a tie. Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, partially on grass, so we advise against sharp heels! Since our ceremony is in November, we recommend bringing a jacket in case of cold weather.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we ask you only bring children whose names are written on your wedding invitation.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Springhill Suites Allentown/Bethlehem/Center Valley. Please book your stay by October 1st to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link in the website's travel tab to book in the block.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

There will be a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue and the Springhill Suites. The first shuttle to the venue will leave at 1:45pm and will run about every 35 minutes until 3:45pm. The first shuttle back to the hotel will leave at 9:30pm and run about every 35 minutes until 11:30pm.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner. There will be a vegetarian option available.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 11 Macarthur Blvd Apt E313 Haddon Township, NJ 08108. There will also be a wedding card box at our reception.
