Thank you to all the traveler's flying/driving in for the wedding. We appreciate all you're doing to celebrate with us! We hope this tab eases your travel planning process.

Flight

San Antonio (SAT) or Austin (AUS)

If you are flying in, we recommend you fly into the San Antonio (SAT) airport, since it is the closest to New Braunfels, where the hotel is located. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is another option you can look into, just please note the drive is a little bit longer to get to the hotels from this airport. Drive Times: -SAT to the hotel is 30-35 minutes -AUS to the hotel is 45-50 minutes To get to/from the airport, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft. For the rest of the weekend, we will provide shuttles to/from events for your convenience.

Hotel

Courtyard New Braunfels River Village

The hotel offers (paid) breakfast, a beautiful view of the river, large outdoor space, outdoor pool, gym, and is in a great location for highway access. Link is now available, click "View" to book. If you plan to book using points or without using our block, please just leave us or the hotel a note that you are staying for Sammy & Robert's wedding if possible so we can account for you for the shuttles.

Shuttle

Shuttles will be provided throughout the weekend to/from the hotel for each event. If you feel more comfortable at a different accommodation, and still would like transportation, you may park at the hotel for the night and take the shuttle to/from the event. Please text Sammy or Robert closer to the wedding if you would like to see the shuttle schedule and you are not staying at the above hotel.
