We recommend staying at the resort for 3 nights from 12/5/25-12/8/25 but you are welcomed to stay longer if you would like! It is an all inclusive resort; this means all food, drinks (alcoholic and alcohol free), and multiple activities (ex: water park, snorkeling, bike tours, shows, night markets) are included with your stay. Flight

Cancun International Airport

This airport is a 40 minute drive from the resort and has multiple car rental offices located nearby. Taxi services are also available outside of arrivals. We plan to have a free shuttle service from the airport directly to the resort for any guests planning to arrive on 12/5/25. More information regarding this shuttle is to come closer to the date.

Travel Note

Transportation from the Airport to the Resort

We will have a few shuttles arriving to the Cancun airport on 12/5/25 for any guests that arrive on this day. If you arrive before or after this date please make sure to call the resort to arrange transportation. Please note that there is no Uber access from Cancun airport to the resort.
