Where can we book our stay?

You can reserve your stay directly at the Sandos website for Sandos Caracol Eco Resort! How long should I plan to stay at the resort?

Answer

We recommend to stay at least 3 days but you are welcomed to stay longer if you would like!

How do I RSVP and when is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To RSVP whether you are able to attend or not please text either Sammy ((609) 442-1403) or Raymundo ((347) 337-6417) one of the below options: 1. Yes, I will be attending! 2. Sorry, no, I will not be attending! Please make sure to text your response by October 7th, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invite says 'and guest (1)' then you are welcomed to bring your plus one.

Should I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this will be a fun night out for you!

What travel documents should I have ready?

Answer

Please make sure you have your passport and make sure that it is not expired. If you plan on renting a car, make sure to bring a valid driver's license as well.

What is the best way to stay in contact with us during your travels?

Answer

Ray & Sammy will be creating a WhatsApp group chat that will include everyone who plans to attend the wedding so we can keep everyone up to date on information and to help answer anyone's questions during your travels. You can also text us on our cell numbers however WhatsApp tends to have better signal in Mexico. (WhatsApp is a free texting app that you can download in the app store on your phone)

What should I do if I have questions when trying to book my travels?
