Nichole is Sammy's big sister and best friend, and she's also the wild sister no doubt. Growing up, Sammy would follow Nichole everywhere she went and repeat everything she did. Really not much has changed! Despite the 8 year difference between the two, they could not be any closer. Nichole lives in Salem, MA with her husband Jordan and their two pups, Molly and Oscar. Nichole works at Converse as a product line manager, coolest job ever. She's insanely good with anything fashion or decor related. When she's not at work, she's probably running a million miles with her hubby, baking yummy treats, napping, shopping, or binging a good Netflix show. She's truly an amazing person, and she will DEFINITELY be the first one on the dance floor.
MacKenzie Kochis

Kenzie is one of Sammy's best friends from high school. Sammy and Kenz met in Latin class freshmen year of high school, their prime days really. In every single class, you could find Sammy and Kenz cackling about the most random things, and truly nothing has changed. Kenzie lives in Belgrade, ME with her boyfriend Dakota and their dog Katahdin Mae (Kattie Mae for short). Kenzie is a med-surg inpatient RN and works overnights! She's essentially super woman. Outside of being a kickass nurse and best friend, Kenz loves to go on outdoor adventures with Dakota and Kattie, workout, travel, shop, and go out with friends. You will pretty much ALWAYS find Kenz with a smile on her face, except she will also be the first one to cry happy tears.
Natalie Chormann

Sammy and Kevin met Natalie at their second home, CrossFit One Nation in Brighton, MA. In the first class Sammy and Natalie took together, they joked about how unfit they were, and really nothing has changed for the past three years. Natalie actually got Kevin one of his first jobs as a trainer in Boston, so they worked together for about a year and a half. Natalie is a full time fitness trainer at Harvard Business School and is truly a genius when it comes to anything fitness related. She lives in Brighton, MA, and when she's not at the gym or work, she loves to try new trendy restaurants or breweries, spend time outside, and plan get togethers with friends. Natalie has the best sense of humor and will forever be my partner in crime (and workouts).
Katie Teixeira

Katie and Sammy also met at CrossFit One Nation in Brighton, MA, and Katie so kindly greeted Sammy into the community at the Boston location. Katie is TRULY one of the sweetest and friendliest people you will ever meet. She will always greet anyone with a smile and a hug. Katie is currently living in Denver, CO while she attends medical school, SO amazing. Katie and Sammy both graduated from BU together in different programs. When Katie isn't in school and is in home in MA, she's usually with her boyfriend Dante cooking some amazing meals, working out, studying (the girl is always studying for something), or hanging out with friends. Katie will always make sure everyone around her is happy and having a good time and has such a big heart!
Ryan McCarthy

Ryan is the groom's younger brother and definitely the wild child in the family. Being 5 years apart they haven't always seen eye to eye, but they have a special bond that mostly involves making fun of each other. Ryan is a very creative and outgoing person and can make friends with anybody in the room. He's an avid sports fan and can give you stats on almost every major player in almost every sport. In his spare time, Ryan really enjoys fishing and even built his own boat to do so! He is currently awaiting the start of the next academy to become a Game Warden in the State of Maine.
Jarrod Simpson

Jarrod is one of Kevin's first best friends from way back in middle school. The two met in pre-calculus class when they were 12 and have been super close ever since. During that class, students had to pick a food that started with the same letter as their first name, to try and learn everyones names. Jarrod jellybeans and Kevin ketchup became a dynamic duo that would last all through high school, college, and beyond. They bonded over their intense love for soccer, an absurd knowledge of Spongebob, and an incredible amount of talent in Mario Kart. Jarrod is pursuing an art career in Boston and lives with his girlfriend Hannah and their cat.
Lachlan McGonigle

Lachlan, AKA the Combat Wombat, is Kevin's fitness and coffee loving friend from down under. The two met during a "Suffer on Saturday" workout at CrossFit One Nation and bonded over their fitness insanity. The two quickly became friends and have been close ever since. Lachlan enjoys building things and is working tirelessly to be the first person sponsored by DeWalt tools. The two enjoy taking coffee breaks to a local coffee shop near the gym to just sit and chat in between classes. When they aren't coaching classes, they're likely training together and racing each other through workouts. Lachlan is a coach at CrossFit One Nation, and works as a trainer on CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. He currently lives in Waltham with his wife Sophia.
Andrew Veneziano
Groomsman
Kevin met Andy at another one of One Nation's "Suffer" workouts. The two got paired together and that started another great friendship. The two enjoy training together as often as they can. They share a great love for food, namely burgers and ice cream, and will have in depth conversations about Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Andy is a very disciplined person, but when he lets loose, he really lets loose. He will definitely be the first person on the dance floor along with Nichole. Andy lives in Medford and works as a real estate agent for his family company.
