When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15, 2021

Question

I don't see someone in the RSVP list, are they invited/allowed to come?

Answer

We love that you are going to join us in our celebration! We are only able to invite 150 family & friends so we had to keep our guest list pretty tight. We appreciate your understanding, as this has presented us with many tough decisions. We love you all and thank you for your support and love.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let Sammy or Dan know about your allergy so we can ensure the catering staff are aware.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 min prior to ceremony start time. Parking is by the reception venue & from there you will take a shuttle to the ceremony venue. Once the ceremony starts, they don't allow cars to drive through. For detailed instructions on how to get to the ceremony site, please visit https://www.burlapandbells.com/details and click on guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For both the ceremony & reception, please park your car by the reception area. From there, you will take a shuttle ride to and from the ceremony site. Please arrive with enough time to park & wait for the shuttle.

What COVID-19 precautions are being taken?

Answer

Please use the following precautions as you deem necessary: wear a mask, and social distance when possible. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact Dan or Sammy. If you rsvp’d yes and are no longer able to make it, please let Dan or Sammy know when you’re able.
