California casual for this wedding! For those of you coming from outside the West Coast, that pretty much means business casual. Bring a jacket for the evenings.
Each guest will be provided with meals throughout the day as noted in the schedule. We will also have some welcome gifts that will include some snacks along with some odds & ends throughout the day and night at the main house. If you want something else then make sure to bring it up the mountain!
We are opening the link on the Travel page on April 20th for everyone to book their accommodations.
We've set up a back up plan for a postponed event with the venue, and the airlines and hotels have been good about letting people reschedule/cancel if needed.
The Palomar General Store is less than a 10 minute drive from Bailey's and it is open 9am - 5pm. While they do have the necessities, it is far from a full grocery store. So, make sure to do your food shopping before you drive up the mountain. Get there: https://www.palomarmountainstore.com/map
You'll have an opportunity to note this with your RSVP. If you miss that, please send an email to sammonsballwedding@gmail.com with details and we will make sure you make it through the weekend a happy and healthy camper!
We understand that an outdoor wedding in the forest is not the most accessible destination for a wedding. If you have any special requirements, please send an email to sammonsballwedding@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly. This shindig is for every body!
If you are not planning on staying overnight we will certainly have parking for you. Details will be posted here closer to the big day!
