Arrival to Venue

Check in to your cabin, yurt or campsite and get settled. We are so happy you are here! Each cabin or yurt will be stocked with waters, snacks and a few other goodies for the weekend. If you are camping there is a goodie bag waiting for you at check-in. While we will have all meals handled you may want to bring your own snacks and drinks with you up the mountain. There is a small store down the street but it is not very well stocked.

After you settle into your cabin, yurt or camp site join us on the lawn of the Bailey House to say hello to the bride and groom and meet the other guests. Dinner and (outdoor) seating will be provided. Dress warm!

S'mosa Brunch
11:15 am - 12:30 pm
Have a bite and a mimosa while the bride and groom have some photos taken by themselves. This is a good time to write in our guest book, play a few of the games we have provided and get your play clothes on. For guests who are only with us during the day, please feel free to stay dressed in your best. ;-)
Uncles & Dads Grill out & Lawn Games
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from jeans and tees to comfortable athletic wear.
Change out of those clothes (but keep em fresh) and jump into something a little more comfortable to play some games and relax with each other. Dads, Uncles and a few others will be grilling up some yummy food for lunch! Thanks guys!
KickBALL
2:45 pm - 4:00 pm
Put your name on the sign up board for the 1st ever Sammons-Ball Family (and friends - you're family too) kickBALL game! We will head out to the meadow together around 2:30-45 to play a few games of kickBALL and head back around 4:00 pm to get ready for the WeddingBALL!
Wedding BALL Begins
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The BALL will begin at 6:00 pm with a cocktail hour and some more lite bites (we assume you're always hungry). Followed by a buffet dinner, speeches and dancing. Areas to sit outside will be provided and bathrooms are close by.
Dinner is Served
7:00 pm
Speeches will be given during dinner after everyone has taken their seats. Grab those tissues!
