We have reserved a discounted room block at The Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden. It is a 30-minute drive to The Barn. To book, please use the "View" button below for direct access to our booking link. For free parking at the hotel's parking lot, please scan the lot's QR codes and use the code "hamon" to register your vehicle. *Please make your reservation by Tuesday, August 19, 2025, to receive the group rate. Shuttle

Shuttle from Hampton Inn to The Barn

September 19, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

UPDATE: At the end of the night, the two shuttles will take guests to two separate locations. One shuttle will return guests to the Hampton Inn, while the other will take guests to downtown Golden. We plan on having "after party" drinks in downtown Golden (beginning at Buffalo Rose and moving onto Ace Hi Tavern). Shuttles will depart from the Hampton Inn around 3:30 pm and arrive at The Barn at 4:00 pm. All guests taking the shuttle/staying at the hotel can park at the Hampton Inn for free by registering their vehicle using the code "hamon" with the lot's QR codes. After the party, shuttles will pick guests up at The Barn at 10:00 pm and return to the hotel or downtown Golden at 10:30 pm.

Flight

Airports

UK PARTY: London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW) are both roughly a 2-hour drive to Boxted Hall. Airports such as Luton, London City, and Stansted are a 90-minute drive or less. US PARTY: Denver International Airport (DEN) is about a 1-hour drive to The Barn. It is roughly a 35-minute drive to the Hampton Inn.

Train

Train & Light Rail

UK PARTY: Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury have rail stations that are about a 20-minute drive to Boxted Hall. US PARTY: From Denver International Airport, there is a light rail that takes you directly to Denver Union Station. From Union Station, it is about a 40-minute light rail to the Jefferson County Government Center - Golden Station which is a 30-minute drive to the Barn or a 5-minute drive to the Hampton Inn.

Airbnb & Local Stays

There are many great Airbnb options near each venue! We've been advised by the staff at Boxted Hall to encourage guests to explore all the wonderful Airbnbs in the surrounding area, as well as local hotels/pub stays in places nearby such as Long Melford, Bury St Edmunds, and Sudbury. Evergreen has a wide range of Airbnb options, small bed and breakfasts, as well as mountain lodge cabins. Hotels in nearby Golden and Morrison would make for an easy commute to the Barn, and places farther away in Boulder, Denver, and Conifer would also make great options for a long weekend getaway stay.
