What should I wear?
Answer
For the UK Party, we're aiming for "New Market Races" styled garden party attire. For the US Party, we're keeping it "Cocktail Casual," and remember that it cools down quickly in Evergreen at night once the sun sets!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We want everyone to have fun, relax, and enjoy the celebrations! For the UK Party, we'd kindly ask you to leave your children at home, but for the US Party, if you're related to Sammie, we welcome your little ones to join!

Can I park my car at the venue?
Answer
Yes, at both venues, you're welcome to drive and park your car for free. If you wish to leave your car overnight at The Barn, please be sure to collect your vehicle by 10 am the next day. There is no vehicle pick-up time at Boxted Hall, and there is a designated parking area on the property indicated by a small sign (if you reach the "front of the house," you've gone too far!). If you have a camper van and would like to lodge in your van for the night at Boxted Hall, the same parking area is available, but note that there is no shade.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
While we LOVE four-legged friends, dogs are not permitted at the Barn in Evergreen, and we request that no dogs be present at Boxted Hall due to the number of party guests and the historic home's furnishings.

Will I be able to Uber?
Answer
Uber does not operate in the surrounding area of Boxted Hall. Please see the Travel tab for local taxi numbers and remember to pre-book your taxi at least TWO weeks in advance. If you're staying in the Denver area/Golden, you'll have no trouble getting an Uber up to the Barn in Evergreen. However, you'll likely be unable to catch an Uber after the party, and we'd advise you not to rely on Uber/Lyft to get home.

Can I smoke at the venues?

Both venues are 100% non-smoking. If you would like to smoke a cigarette, please move off-site and remember to use an ashtray/bin; absolutely no cigarette butts on the ground, please! Vaping indoors is not permitted, so please move outside to a designated smoking area and distance yourself from other guests.

Should I bring a gift?
Answer
Since so many guests will be traveling long distances to celebrate with us, we feel that your presence is more than enough! If you'd like to bring a card, there will be a card table at each venue. If you'd like to go the extra mile and give us a physical gift, we have selected a handful of things we'd love to add to our home, and we also have an online honeymoon fund, both available on the Registry tab. Please remember that we will be packing in suitcases for our trip to Colorado! Meaning that we won't have extra room to transport gifts, and while there will be some room in our car to transport gifts from Boxted Hall, the space will be limited. Shipping gifts directly to our home in England is preferable, and our address is on the Registry.

Are there any other "House Rules"?
Answer
Yes! At Boxted Hall, please do not use the pool area on the 16th; it is off limits for all guests for the entirety of the day/evening. Additionally, the moat is strictly off limits as well. At the Barn, please be aware that there will be animals at the property, such as bison, yaks, and elk. These animals live on the property and are "wild" animals, so please refrain from sticking any fingers through the fences to pet them or offering them any food.
