Abita Brewing Company is a great local spot for guests to visit during the wedding weekend. You can stop by the Tap Room to enjoy craft beer, relax in the outdoor space, and experience a true Louisiana craft beer experience.
Fontainebleau State Park
Fontainebleau State Park is a beautiful lakeside park in Mandeville, offering scenic views of Lake Pontchartrain, peaceful walking trails, and stunning oak trees. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll and enjoying Louisiana’s natural beauty. While the shoreline is lovely, swimming is not recommended.
City Park
The New Orleans Botanical Gardens hold a very special place in our hearts, as it’s where we took our engagement photos. It is truly stunning, with countless beautiful spots throughout City Park to explore. We highly recommend visiting their website for more pictures and information. This picture-perfect destination is not to be missed!
Mardi Gras World
By the time our wedding arrives, Mardi Gras will have already passed, but don’t worry! Mardi Gras World is the perfect place to still experience the magic. They offer tours where you can see the incredible floats up close and learn about the process behind creating them. We highly recommend visiting for a fun and uniquely New Orleans experience.
