Are kids invited? / Están invitados los niños?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be limited to guests ages 16 and older, with the exception of immediate family and those specifically listed on the invitation. Due to the formal atmosphere, evening timing, and limited space, we believe this will allow all guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. Will there be transportation? / Habrá transporte?

Answer

Yes! Two shuttles will be available at The Southern Hotel to transport guests staying at the hotel to the venue, departing promptly at 5:00 PM. Si! Habrán dos autobuses disponibles en el Southern Hotel para trasnportar a los huéspedes alojados hasta el lugar del evento, con salida puntual a las 5:00pm.

Will there be available parking? / Estacionamiento?

Answer

Yes! The Greenwood has a large parking lot available for guests. The Southern Hotel also offers parking for those staying there, though the lot is smaller and we recommend leaving your car parked once you arrive. For your convenience and safety, shuttles will be provided so everyone can enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving. Si! El Greenwood cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento para los invitados a la boda. El Southern Hotel también ofrece estacionamiento para sus huéspedes, aunque el estacionamiento es más pequeño y recomendamos dejar el auto estacionado a la llegada. Para tu comodidad y seguridad, se proporcionará transporte para que todos puedan disfrutar de la celebración sin preocuparse por manejar.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same location? / La ceremonia y la recepción serán en el mismo lugar?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place indoors at The Greenwood, followed by a cocktail hour in a stunning garden right outside, with a giant Oak tree. The Reception will follow the cocktail hour indoors. Si! La ceremonia se celebrará en el interior de The Greenwood a las 5:30pm, seguida de una hora cóctel en un impresionante jardín al aire libre. La recepción se celebrará después del cóctel a las 7pm en el interior.

Of course! We'll have an open bar flowing all night! Claro! Habrá barra libre toda la noche!
