Santa Barbara is home to more than 50 museums and galleries, 55 parks, 8 public gardens, over 400 restaurants, and 200+ vineyards in addition to a few golf courses and gorgeous beaches. It is also one of the most dog-friendly areas in California! Your visit will likely include lots of wine tastings, art viewing, dog petting, mouth-stuffing, and beach time. The weather is almost always nice, but April should be comfortable with temperatures ranging from 60-75 degrees. Be sure to pack some sweaters and pants in case of a cooler, cloudy day.
Rob and I will be sure to bring you by some of our favorite places, but a special one to look forward to is Wine Therapy on State Street in downtown Santa Barbara. Dogs are not only welcome but specially catered too with their own seating and menu options. This place has a very strong "Frose" drink we love (wine slushy) and board games to play with your friends.
