While in the Schedule tab there is an event entitled "Ceremony & Cupcakes - Zoom". Underneath the description please click the box “Go to Virtual Event”.
Zoom guests will receive cupcakes and a guestbook item to sign the day before the wedding. On our wedding day we will have the ceremony, go straight to cake cutting/cupcakes with both Zoom and in person guests, then take a short tour through the beautiful forest venue. We would LOVE for Zoom guests to be on video if possible! We expect to be on Zoom for about an hour. For cupcake delivery, please text Samara your address at 425-283-6356.
When you RSVP Zola will automatically show you the event(s) you’re invited to.
Unfortunately there are spatial limitations at the venue, so we would not be able to accommodate a larger wedding. Luckily Zoom provides us with an opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate!
You can watch on a desktop computer or a mobile device, but both will require you to download the program/app. There is a download prompt to follow when opening the meeting, and this can be done on or before the wedding day. If you would like assistance learning how to use Zoom beforehand, please visit http://zoom.us/livetraining.
We fully support and partake in the use of masks, but neither of us are willing to look back on our wedding and be reminded of this unfortunate time. That being said, there will be no masks or social distancing at this event.
Please be seated no later than 5:00pm, as the wedding starts at 5:10pm. There will be a guestbook to sign at the trailhead and then a walk through the forest. The bar opens at 4:30pm, and it is also in the forest. With this information in mind, please plan accordingly! Our recommendation would be around 4:30pm.
Garden/Cocktail Attire: Sundresses, cocktail dresses, floral prints, lighter hues, slacks in lieu of suits, button downs, etc. Keep in mind the wedding is in the middle of the forest, so be very selective with your footwear! It would not be fun to sink into the ground every time you took a step.
We understand that due to time and distance not all guests will be able to stay late into the evening, so the bonfire was created as a separate event so that we could maintain an accurate headcount.
