Will the wedding be indoor or ouutdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, please dress accordingly and hydrate! Our reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site and guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight and retrieve them the next morning. Gates to the venue will be locked overnight.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please check your invitation to see if a guest is included!

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We’d love for you to dress to impress while staying comfortable enough to dance the night away!

How does golfing with the groom work?

Answer

Golfing with the groom will be held on Thursday, May 7th at 8:30AM. Shane has notified Fernandina Beach Golf Club of a large party coming to golf. He will give them a final head count March 1st, 2026. Green fees are not included, and will be $75 per person, golf cart included. Reach out to us with any questions!

What time will the shuttle be departing?

Answer

The shuttles will depart from the Springhill Suites/Courtyard hotel at 3:00PM. It will be parked out front of the hotels. The shuttles will bring you back to these hotels after the reception.
