Transportation & Accommodations

The venue is in Huntsville, UT - which is about a 50 min drive north of the SLC airport. Rental cars are available at the SLC airport. There are unfortunately no lodging options directly at the venue. Because of the lack of central lodging at Snowbasin and the variety of personal preferences of our guests, we do not have "blocks" anywhere. The Edgewater and Lakeside Apartments - linked below - are one of the closest options, about 8-10 min from the venue. There are also AirBnB and VRBO options available. The Compass Rose Lodge is a boutique hotel 8-10 min from the venue. If you would prefer a walkable Main Street with bars and restaurants, downtown Odgen is a 25 min. drive from the venue. I've listed several hotel options. Sean and I will be staying with our local SLC friends at Edgewater Friday and Saturday night.

A coach bus will make three stops: 3:15PM - Pick-up at Compass Rose Lodge 3:30PM - Pick-up at Lakeside Village 3:45PM - Pick-up at Edgewater 4:15PM - Drop-off at Earl's Lodge at Snowbasin 11:15PM - Shuttle leaves for drop-offs at all three stops.
