Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love the little ones in our lives, this is an adults-only celebration. We hope you will take this opportunity to have a fun night out with us!

Question

I am not Catholic. What can I expect from a Catholic Wedding Mass?

Answer

You can expect the ceremony to be about 1 hour long. During this time, you will hear 3 Bible readings, a Psalm, and hymns that were selected by Sam and Q, followed by a homily and the Liturgy of the Eucharist (communion). Only practicing Catholics should receive communion. If you're not sure what to expect, please check out the following FAQ on attending a Catholic wedding. We'll also provide a program to guide you through the mass. https://www.catholicweddinghelp.com/questions/expect.htm

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony is at St. Paul's Catholic Church, beginning promptly at 3PM. Our reception is at The Poynter Institute, with Cocktail Hour beginning at 5PM.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Fancy but not black tie - don't overthink it!

Question

I'm renting a car - will parking be available?

Answer

Free parking is available at St. Paul's Catholic Church (ceremony) and The Poynter Institute (reception). Cars can be left overnight at The Poynter Institute. Please check with your hotel for parking details.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer
