Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please arrive 30-15 min prior to ceremony at 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon, your presence is requested for cocktail hour at 5 o'clock, than promptly take your seats in the ballroom at 6 o'clock in the evening for the arrival of the wedding party. Shortly after dinner, the dance will kick off from 8 o'clock to midnight.

What are the wedding colors?

We've chosen Quartz and Champagne for our special day.

Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

What will the weather be like that time of the year?

Answer

The weather is typically in full blown fall. The day should be nice and warm fallowed by a cool evening. Bring a light sweater or coat for comfort.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP?

Answer

It's not necessary, please feel welcome to RSVP via wedding website.

When should I RSVP by?

RSVP's are kindly requested by Monday, September 30th, 2019.

How can I reserve a hotel room for the wedding?

Answer

Hotel rooms have been specifically blocked for the wedding and are complemented with discounted rates. Please call Ramada Plaza by Wyndham at (505) 833-7598 to reserve your room. *** Remember to mention The Martinez Wedding to receive special rates

Is parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the hotel accommodates free parking to our guests for both events.

Breaking between wedding and reception...

Answer

We've planned a total break of 3 hours between the ceremony and reception dinner. This time allows the entire wedding to take pictures with the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests. Please feel welcomed to capture pictures with us at the venue than join along for the wedding caravan through Albuquerque. The wedding party will take a detour stop at the Duck Pond of UNM for a scenic photo shoot. During this time our guests are encouraged to return to the venue where cocktail hour awaits them. Shortly thereafter, our wedding party will caravan back to the venue where we'll be welcomed by our guests for a most eventful reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Absolutely! We want our guests to take memories from the wedding that will last a lifetime. If a plus one will help create those please feel welcomed to bring him/her along.
