When should I RSVP by?

Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 2pm on July 29th, 2023. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start.

I am not Catholic. Should I still attend the ceremony?
Answer
YES! All are welcome at the ceremony and encouraged to attend.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal or cocktail attire. No jeans please!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bethlehem, PA. If you choose to book a room here, please be sure to mention "Cabone Roth Wedding" when booking. This way you can receive the group room rate and we know who will be staying! Rooms have been reserved for Friday, the 28th and Saturday, the 29th. You can either call or use the link under the "Travel" tab to go directly to the hotel website. To receive group room rates, reservations MUST be made by June 30, 2023. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please make note of it when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
At St. Theresa's, there is a parking lot adjacent to the Church and street parking. For the reception at Woodstone, there is a parking lot.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?
Answer
There will not be transportation to the ceremony but there will be a bus that will take guests to and from the hotel and Woodstone Country Club. Specific busing schedule will be added in the near future. Please check back in the next few weeks!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We will be having a "Welcome Event" at Braveheart Highland Pub in Hellertown, PA on July 28th at 8:30pm. We have a lot of out of town guests and we would love to spend extra time with you during the weekend! Cash bar available from 8:30-10pm. Please do not feel obligated, but all are welcome!
