FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have a firm RSVP date no later than August 14th. The sooner the better, if you know 100% that you are going or that you cannot go, please RSVP now! Due to limited venue capacity and our large family, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by the deadline, as final responses allow us the opportunity to invite close friends if space becomes available. Thank you for your understanding! We can't wait to see you there! :)

Question

What do we get for a gift/registry?

Answer

We have decided to do a Honeymoon Fund as our main registry gift as it will help us be more financially stress free as possible for this special time together! Any contribution helps! There will be QRs at the venue as well as an option for cash! But your presence means the most!

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony starts at 5pm sharp. If you arrive after and are not in your seat by 5pm, you will NOT be allowed into the ceremony. But you can wait in the reception area until the guests make their way in after the ceremony! So we encourage you to have proper time management. There is no way around this situation if you are late. If you know your partner naturally runs late. Tell them the wedding starts at 4pm! ;)

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for cocktail attire. Using the fall season as your color palette for inspiration. Consider earthy tones like rust and olive green, or jewel tones such as emerald and ruby. Any fall color is okay! We just ask you reframe from brown, cream, and ivory. Ladies can wear classy cocktail dresses long or classy mid length dresses. Gentlemen can wear jeans or slacks with a sports coat or blazer. Boots or dress shoes are both acceptable. Lastly, we ask that you do NOT wear a formal tux as well as overalls.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired a photographer to capture these moments, and we do NOT want any phones in the shots! But, during the reception, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We adore children, but we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only affair, with the exception of our immediate family's children. We hope you understand and can still join us for the celebration! Whoever shows on the list to RSVP is who is allowed to come!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

When you RSVP on our website, the names of those invited in your party will be listed. If a plus one is included, their name will appear there. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

The best airports to fly into are either George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or Hobby Airport (HOU). It really just depends on which airline you choose and where they fly into. Safe Travels!

Question

Hotel Location

Answer

The set hotels that we have added are based in Tomball- about a 20 minute drive to the venue. These are the closest HIGH rated hotels to the venue. There is also a H-E-B store (0.3 miles away), Walmart (1 mile away) tons of fast food options, 7brew coffee, Starbucks, & Dutch bros all on the same street! As well as Airbnb as an option to book your weekend stay!

Question

Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Since our wedding is in October, we're counting on that perfect fall weather! The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll adjust to an all-indoor celebration.

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

We're so excited about our menu! We'll be serving smoked brisket and tequila lime chicken, along with some yummy sides. Get ready for a delicious meal!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

To the most important question of the night... Yes, there will be an open bar! Including select wines, liquor, and beer! As well as non-alcoholic drinks for the non drinkers and kiddos.
