Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation to and from the Residence Inn in Malvern will be provided. The buses will leave the Residence Inn for the ceremony promptly at 3:50pm. If you desire transportation, please ensure you are prepared and out front by 3:30pm to ensure the shuttles are arriving timely to our venue. The shuttles will begin transporting guests back to the Residence Inn at 9pm through the end of the reception.

Is there parking at the venue? PLEASE READ.

Answer

There is mandatory valet parking at the venue for our wedding. Please be advised, no cars may be left overnight at the venue as it is considered national park/governmental property. If you are driving a vehicle to the venue, you MUST be able to drive it off at the end of the reception otherwise you risk it being towed at your expense.

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to wear formal or black-tie optional attire to our wedding. The weather in PA this time of year hovers around mid 50's-low 60's during the day, and 40's overnight. Our ceremony will be outside, so please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at the venue beginning at 3:40pm and no later than 4:15pm to ensure you can find your seat timely.

Are children invited?

Answer

The only children we are able to include are those in the wedding party.
