While there is a full parking lot at Pen Ryn Mansion, we do NOT want anyone to get a DUI, and highly discourage drinking and driving. To the Venue: Shuttles will begin departing from the Courtyard at 2:45 PM and 3:20 PM. Please be in the hotel lobby by 2:40 PM if you plan to take the first shuttle. Estimated arrival at the venue is between 3:10–3:45 PM. Please be advised that the final shuttle will depart at 3:20 PM. Guests who miss this departure will be responsible for arranging their own transportation. Ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. From the Venue: Return shuttles will begin arriving at the venue at 9:00 PM. The first shuttle (29-passenger) will depart at 9:15 PM. A larger 54-passenger shuttle will begin loading at 9:30 PM and depart shortly after. Shuttles will continue making return trips until all guests have been transported back to the Courtyard. If you chose to drive to the venue and decide to leave your vehicle overnight, please be aware that the gates will remain closed until 12:00 PM on Monday. Vehicles will not be accessible until that time.
We have hired an AMAZING photographer! We will give you the opportunity during the ceremony to take a photo of the bride and groom! After we request you refrain from taking additional photos and videos and allow our photographers to do what we are paying them to do!
All RSVPs are final. If you forgot to RSVP, we will miss you!
Although the bride is usually running late, we have our timeline down to the minute! The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM , so we request guests be seated by 3:45pm. This will be reflected in the bus schedule as well. Please be advised that the final shuttle will depart at 3:25 AM. Guests who miss this departure will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
While we love them, No. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Invitations will be specific and will include the name of the children who are invited.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the brick patio to take advantage of the beautiful view. However, in case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the ballroom. After cocktail hour, we will move inside into the ballroom to enjoy a night of dancing!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting Formal-Semi Formal attire for the wedding.
Men: We suggest a suit: button down shirt, tie is optional. We request no jeans or work boots. Tuxedos are not necessary. Women: Fancy cocktail dress, below knee to floor length dress, or dressy pantsuit. Please refrain from wearing jeans/ denim pants, and the colors white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire.
Do you need to ask??? Of course... Beer, wine, and liquor will be complimentary for all guests.
ABSO-FRUITLY NOT. Absolutely ZERO politics should be spoken, alluded to, or referenced during our wedding weekend. If you feel so inclined to voice your political opinion, we welcome you to pick up the phone and call the individual prior to Thursday, May 22nd or after Tuesday, May 27th. If you truly cannot think of another topic to converse about, below are a list of conversation starters: How good the bridal party looks, your travel to Bensalem, Sami and Josh Trivia, Is a hotdog a sandwich?, What did Bill do when Sam was late for kindergarten?, The Over/Under on ceremony or speech length, THE WEATHER, or literally anything else. Thank you for understanding.
