Fresh Tracks Transportation

The ceremony and reception will take place at Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area in Summit County, Colorado. There is no lodging available at A-Basin, but Keystone is located less than 10 minutes away with an abundance of lodging and restaurant options! We will provide shuttle transportation from Keystone to A-Basin before the wedding begins and towards the end of the evening. There will be two different shuttle pick up/drop off locations- 1) Buffalo Lodge (Dercum Square in River Run Village)- Most accommodations near River Run Village are located 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the Buffalo Lodge 2) Hyatt Place Keystone The shuttles will pick up guests at the Buffalo Lodge and the Hyatt Place at 4:10pm and 4:30pm. Return trips from A-Basin back to Keystone will run continuously from 9:00pm to 10:30pm. Please look for the Fresh Tracks logo on the shuttle van. Free parking is also available at A-Basin if you'd prefer to drive yourself.

Flight

Denver International Airport

Denver International Airport (DIA) is the best option for flying into Colorado. It's a 30 minute drive to Denver and a 2 hour drive to Keystone. We recommend renting a car for the weekend so you can get around as you please. Another good option for lodging is Airbnb or VRBO. Please search for homes near River Run Village, otherwise your accommodations may not be walking distance to the shuttle pick up/drop off location.
