What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive at 4 pm to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony! Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We are requesting formal or cocktail attire! No jeans please! Please just refrain from wearing white or shades of white - let the bride have her day!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on the formal invitation. If you received a plus one, this will appear on the formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids. But this is a 21 and over event (the only exceptions being the little ones in our bridal party)! We hope you understand and can enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside, please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour will be both inside and outside. The reception will be in outside in a covered tent. There will be heaters!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free valet for all wedding guests on the day of the wedding. If you are using a driver service, they will drop you off at the front of the venue.

Since there will be an open bar, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. As such, the venue allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning between 10am to 12pm (noon). Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely. We will be providing transportation after the reception to the Welk.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! Music will be turned off at 10pm, we will need to exit the venue by 11pm. There may be an after party at The Welk, all are welcome! Contact us for more details!

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before January 10, 2026. We will be anxiously waiting for your response and look forward to celebrating with you!

I am unable to attend, what should I do?

Answer

You will be truly missed! If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity to that we can plan accordingly.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by January 10, 2026; you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. Please RSVP as soon as possible!
