Hi! I’m Kenzie Willoughby! I’ve known Sami since we were two little girls about to start kindergarten together and had the sweetest childhood getting to grow up next door to her. Through the many years and lots of life we’ve lived, I’m so grateful that God has allowed her friendship to be a constant in my life. I am so excited to be in this next season of life together and for Sam to be a wifey. Jacob is one special man to be able to put up with Sami 😜 and as a best friend, I am so thankful she has him! Can’t wait to stand by them on November 8th!!

Jacob and I became best friends on the short bus in high school. We would then become partners in crime, stealing road signs and probably committing traffic felonies. He’s been my best friend ever since and will be for years to come.

I had the privilege of meeting Sam in college. We became sorority sisters, roommates, and best friends. Sammie has been there for me through life’s disappointments, but more importantly, she’s been there through all life’s joys. I met Jacob (who all the roommates lovingly nicknamed 6’6”) and became friends with him, too. I am so grateful to have found a friend in both of them, and I can’t wait to share in the joys their marriage will bring. I am incredibly blessed to share this day with two of my closest friends.

Jacob and I’s friendship kicked off when he invited me boating. I didn’t know it then, but I had found one of the greatest guys in the world. We’re still kicking many boat trips and guys trips later.

When I first met Sam our freshman year in college, we instantly hit it off. In the years that have followed, there have been countless study nights with some spiked hot chocolate, long walks where we discuss anything and everything, and most importantly support throughout life. It has been amazing seeing our friendship continue to grow both inside and outside of our academic lives. Having the privilege to see her and Jacob’s relationship start and growing into what it is now, and I can’t wait to see where it takes them next.

Sam was the first friend I made when I moved to a new school in 5th grade!! We’ve shared much life together from playing make believe on wheelchair’s to long distance phone calls! Through it all Sam has been a friend that is always steadfast! Over the years we’ve experienced many milestones together! I am overjoyed to be apart of her and Jacob’s big day!!

Sam was one of the first connections I made in college that I knew would have a huge impact on my life. The first time I hung out with her was through our sorority, and that day is one of my most cherished memories where we spent hours together sledding in the snow, talking, and bonding over the most random things. Sam has never failed to be an incredible friend and mentor, and she is someone I can trust with the most vulnerable fragments of my life. She has been one of the most supportive, understanding individuals who will also always be real with me and keep me in check (which is much needed). When I later met Jacob, we immediately began a long road of jokingly bickering at each other (but I know I can always win over his opinion by buying him a beer). He is someone who can make the entire room laugh with his chaos, and it is a blessing to witness the love that Jacob and Sam have for each other. I am beyond grateful to know these two incredible individuals and to be a part of their special day. I cannot wait to see all of the beautiful moments they share in marriage!

I've known Jacob since I was a little kid because we're cousins. We've never lived close to each other, however, our families have enjoyed many holidays and vacations together growing up. This gave us the chance to become good friends. I consider Jacob one of my best friends.
