Hotel Emeline Room Block Information

We have secured room blocks. As you secure your reservation, please update Sam or Gil so they can add more rooms as needed. Please be mindful when booking as any canceled reservations will be charged to the wedding party. Check In/Out and luggage: Check in is 4pm and check out 11am. They offer luggage storing so if you wish to arrive early and explore you are more than welcome to do so! When do I need to reserve my room? The earlier the better! But no later than July 10, 2025. YOU DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU CHECK IN. A card is used to hold the room. Can I stay longer than the 2 days? Absolutely! The block has swing dates of 5 days before check in and 5 days after check out. Can I stay less than the 2 nights? The discounted rates are for a 2-night minimum. Guests wishing to stay for a single night may do so at a discounted rate. If you try to book and have issues with the specific dates you want, please contact Sam so she can reach out to Group Rooms Coordinator.

Flight

Charleston International Airport

The airport is roughly 22 minutes from the venue/hotel. Car rentals are available. With the Emeline being at the center of all that downtown has to offer, an Uber or Lyft is recommended unless you wish to explore the areas outside of Downtown.
