Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Samantha Brody and Eitan Marks
We are so excited to be welcoming you all to our new home: Boston! There are so many places to see: if you have some downtime and want to take advantage of being near the city, check out some of our favorite spots!
Lehrhaus

Lehrhaus

425 Washington Street, Somerville, MA 02143

If you're looking for a unique meal, Lehrhaus is a Jewish tavern/bar and house of learning with an excellent menu. It's kosher, vegetarian-friendly, and a fan favorite: we went there after we got engaged! Note that it can get busy, so make a reservation (especially if you're a group over 4).

Rosenfeld Bagel Co

Rosenfeld Bagel Co

1280 Centre Street, Newton, MA 02459

The best bagels in town, by far. Especially great for a Sunday morning treat!

Central Square

Central Square

Cambridge, MA 02139

The hotel is nearby to Central Square, a hub of places to go eat, shop, and walk around. You're also nearby a T stop (Boston's subway), which you can take downtown or to Harvard Square just one stop away.

Veggie Crust (Kosher) - Brookline

Veggie Crust (Kosher) - Brookline

8 Cypress Street, Brookline, MA 02445

Kosher pizza and Indian food-- everything on the menu is good! There are many around Boston, but Brookline and Waltham are the only kosher locations. If you're looking to dine in, Brookline is your spot!

Minute Man National Historical Park

Minute Man National Historical Park

Lincoln, MA 01773

This is where we got engaged! Great for history buffs or anyone looking to go on a nice walk. It's beautiful in the summer!

Fenway Park

Fenway Park

4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215

While there are no home games at Fenway the weekend of our wedding, Fenway tours are always a home run!

The Mattapan Line

The Mattapan Line

Ashmont Station, Boston, MA 02124

Do you love cool train rides? We do! Take a ride on this unique piece of history, the Ashmont-Mattapan high-speed trolley. These PCC trolleys were used widely on the MBTA from the late 1930s until the 1970s. The Mattapan line is a short trip with some beautiful views on a classic train. Get off at the Milton stop to see some classic New England town scenery.

Cider Hill Farm

Cider Hill Farm

45 Fern Avenue, Amesbury, MA 01913

If you're coming in for the weekend and looking for a classic New England activity, Cider Hill is our favorite berry picking farm! Strawberries and raspberries are in season in June-- just note that you will need to rent a car because it is north of Boston.

For all the days along the way
