Question
When do I need to book my room by and how do I book it?
Answer
You must book your room by November 8, 2024 if you committed to the room block. Please email reservations@adh.com with the following information: Guest Names: Room Category: Arrival Date: Departure Date Please mention the Samantha Lyman and Dean Burggrabe group in your email. The resort will then send you a link for deposit payment (2 night deposit). If you do not remember the dates and/or room you committed to, please reach out to Dean or Sam. It is important to book the room/dates you communicated to Dean and Sam.

Are there any other events during the wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes! There will be a Welcome party on Saturday, March 8th at 6pm located on the Don Fernando Terrace.

Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! You will need a passport. Please make sure your passport is current.
Question
Do I need to bring cash?
Answer
Since Atelier is an all-inclusive resort, you do not need cash for meals and drinks. However, the staff at Atelier are amazing and work tirelessly to make sure guests are having the absolute best experience. Cash in small bills is recommended to tip staff and for any excursions you may choose to participate in.

Can I drink the water in Cancun?

There is plenty of bottled water at Atelier. You do not need to worry about not having clean water to drink.

What is the dresscode for the wedding?
Answer
Please dress as you see fit in something you will be comfortable in! We recommend beach formal attire or dressy casual attire that will be breathable and lightweight. No jeans please.

Is the ceremony unplugged?
Answer
Yes! While you are welcome to take pictures during the Welcome Party, Cocktail Party and Reception, please refrain to taking any pictures of the bride and groom during the Wedding Ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All wedding festivities will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, there will be alternatives for celebrating.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are so thankful you have made the trip to celebrate with us in Mexico and do not expect any gifts. However, if you do wish to bless us with a gift, a donation to our future home would really make our day.
