The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. If you’re taking the shuttle transportation, plan to be at the pickup location no later than 3:15.
The wedding venue is located in Dripping Springs, about 20 miles west of Downtown Austin. Shuttle busses are available to drop off and pick up guests— more information will be available as we get closer to December 12th. We recommend renting a car or taking the shuttle transportation, as Ubers/Lyfts may be hard to come by.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the wedding venue. For the welcome party, paid street parking is available and Ubers are plentiful. The welcome party is just 2 blocks from the downtown hotel blocks.
Our wedding dress code is formal. Long dresses and any color suit is fine. Big belts, cowboy hats, boots, and bolo ties are permitted (and welcomed, if it doesn’t feel too much like cowboy cosplay). If you’re coming to the welcome party the evening before, you can wear whatever you would like, although smart casual is our preferred dress code.

The weather in Austin should be mild with average temperatures ranging from mid-60s to the mid-40s at night. The ceremony will take place outside, approximately 1 hour before sunset.
