Hotel Booking
If you plan to stay on‑site at the Pine Barn Inn, please call the hotel directly at (570) 275‑2071 and mention “The Reinhardt–Mavus Wedding” to book within our reserved room block.  
Book by: September 20th to guarantee the group rate and availability.  
Our reserved rooms are just steps from the reception hall, so you can enjoy the evening without worrying about travel.  

RSVP Deadline  
Kindly RSVP by October 5th so we can finalize seating, meals, and all the little details that will make your arrival smooth and stress‑free.  

Dietary Needs
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll reach out personally to help you choose a meal you’ll love.
