Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP Deadline Please let us know if you’ll be joining us no later than 10 days before the wedding so we can finalize seating, meals, and all the little details that make the day special. Your timely reply helps us celebrate with everything prepared just for you!

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we will be celebrating with only the children of our close family. We know that childcare isn’t always easy to arrange, so if you're unable to secure coverage, please reach out — we’re happy to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a space that feels intimate, relaxed, and just right for the occasion.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All in One Place Our ceremony and reception will both be held right at the venue, making travel a breeze for everyone. The Pine Barn Inn offers comfortable on‑site accommodations, and we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests. To book within our block, please call the inn directly and mention “The Reinhardt–Mavus Wedding.” If you choose not to stay on‑site, we kindly ask that you plan ahead to get home safely at the end of the night — whether that’s arranging a designated driver, carpooling, or using a local taxi or rideshare service. Your safety means the world to us.

Question

Are you registered? Where? Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our Honeymoon Registry We are so excited to be starting this next chapter together! Instead of a traditional gift registry, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help us make unforgettable memories on our first big adventure as a married couple. If you’d like to contribute, our honeymoon registry is linked on our wedding website. Please know there is absolutely no pressure — your love, laughter, and presence on our special day are the greatest gifts we could ever ask for.

Question

What time does the ceremony start? What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time to be seated and settled before we begin.

Question

What's the attire?What's the attire?

Answer

Attire: Semi‑Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We invite you to embrace the season by dressing in rich, dark fall colors — think deep burgundy, forest green, navy, charcoal, or warm jewel tones. Choose something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate in style

Question

What's the after party? What's the after party?

Answer

At 10 PM, the celebration shifts to the pub — a warm, wood‑paneled hideaway where the laughter is loud, the pints are cold, and the stories flow as easily as the drinks. We’ll gather around worn tables and under the soft glow of vintage lamps, sharing late‑night bites, toasts, and the kind of conversations you never want to end. There will be a cash bar, so bring your favorite drinking buddy and a few bills — the cocktails are strong, the beer is flowing, and the bartenders know how to keep the good times rolling. It’s the perfect place to unwind with the bride and groom until midnight — no formalities, no rush, just good company and the comfort of an old‑style pub. You’ll leave with a full heart, a happy smile, and memories you’ll carry forever.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. We’ll be happy to get in touch with you to help select a meal that works perfectly for you.

Question

Answer

There is parking directly outside the hall for your convenience. If you’d prefer to park closer to the hotel rooms, they’re located just across the parking lot — feel free to choose whichever spot works best for you.

Question

Answer

We’re happy for you to take photos during the ceremony! We just kindly ask that you step to the side of the aisle so our photographer and videographer have a clear view to capture the best shots.
