Galleria Area Hotels

Due to events in Houston the weekend of our wedding, we were unable to secure a large room block at a specific hotel. However, we recommend staying in the Galleria area. There are multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and stores within walking distance to many of the hotels here (as well as the 3rd biggest mall in the country!). Additionally, it is only a short car ride away from our wedding venue. Hotel options: - The Chifley Houston - The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria - Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria - Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria - Hyatt Place Houston/Galleria - Holiday Inn Express Houston - Galleria Area - Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston near the Galleria - Houston Marriott West Loop by the Galleria If you would like to stay elsewhere in Houston, we recommend areas such as downtown near the George R. Brown Convention Center, West University Place/River Oaks, or the Medical Center Area. The Memorial/Energy Corridor area is also a good option, though further away from the airports and venue.

Flight

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or Hobby Airport (HOU)

Houston has these two major airports. IAH is ~25 miles from the Galleria area, and HOU is ~15 miles. The best way to travel from either airport is via Uber/Lyft, though renting a car is also possible at both airports
