Welcome Event

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

All are welcome to attend! Casual dress is more than fine, if you're feeling a little fancy, cocktail attire is great too!

The party room is in the rear of the brewery. You can enter from the front and walk back, or access it from the back deck around the right side of the building. The Brewery will be open until 10pm, so feel free to hang out until then, we just won't have exclusive use of the party room after 8:30pm. Food and beverage will be available for purchase from the brewery during the event, feel free to check out their website to see their food menu and tap list. http://www.woodstockbrewhouse.com/

Wedding

2:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Dress- Mountain Cocktail: We invite you to dress in your favorite cocktail-ready outfits with a nod to our natural surroundings. Think midi dresses, lightweight fabrics, and polished suits in earthy tones. As our celebration is outdoors in the mountains, please prioritize comfortable footwear for uneven terrain (pine needles, grass, gravel) don't forget your sunscreen and bug spray!

There are two entrances to the property. One of them will NOT take you to the venue. Make sure to follow the signs and enter by the camp office. Please plan to arrive about a half hour early for the ceremony to park and get situated. The ceremony will promptly start at 2:30 pm among the pines. Cocktail hour and reception will follow directly after the ceremony at the Solar Pavilion.
