The Wedding Website of Samantha Stowell and Garrett Williams
Safe to say we wouldn't be here without the goodness of God, the support of our families and the intervention of our friends. See below to meet the group of them that will be standing by our side!

Andrea Lutfi

Matron of Honor

Dreá is my older sister, the one who introduced me to punk rock, late night In 'n' Out runs and the art of suntanning. She will forever be the one I love to match outfits with, coach high school girls with, watch 90's movies with and re-design rooms of the house with. Seester, you have taught me how to laugh at myself, when to use sarcasm (always?) and when to let myself off the hook. You are truly one of the most generous people I know, incredibly detail oriented, and very well versed on how to carry out a theme to the nth degree! Though we may not look alike, I hear that when we're together our mannerisms and common language speak to our sisterhood. Thank you for standing by me on this day, I love you.

Scott Robinson

Best Man

Koj and I have been best friends since we were kids. Our families did everything together, from trips out to the river to New Year's Day parties. Koj, you're more of a brother to me than a friend. I remember us talking about the girls we'd marry since we were kids and it is so crazy that we both have found the ones we always wondered about. Can't believe I got to be a part of your engagement and wedding day, and here you are being a part of mine. This means the world to me, love you man!

Kaci Thomas

Bridesmaid

This girl; the Ying to my Yang. We call each other Confidantes because of our ability to share anything and everything to each other--nothing is off the table with this one. Kace is my catch-all, the one who will drop everything, buy a bottle of wine on the way, and meet you where you are, wherever you are. We have countless memories of hard conversations laced with God's goodness, uncontrollable laughter paired with a killer red wine, road trips with very loud singing, and advice given with sweet honesty. Best Friend and Confidante, thank you for referring to my mom as 'Mom' as well, thank you for being my favorite person to talk life purpose with, and thank you for always keeping the faith that Garrett and I would end up together. I love you

Andrew Hamilton

Groomsman

Andrew and I went to high school and college together then later became roommates. We've bonded over bottles of tequila talking endlessly about anything from crazy investment ideas to endless nonsense while playing pool for hours. He's one of the people I can talk to about basically anything, and when it comes to picking out a movie to watch on any given night or going on an adventure together its always a good time. You're hilarious and a good friend man, thanks for standing next to me on this important day.

Haley Arnold

Bridesmaid

Since the day we lip-synced to the Cheetah Girls song in Jr. High, I knew we had a special bond; especially when we learned the act was caught on film, rather than remaining our secret! Cheering together at Heights gave me a taste of your character and hilarity, but nothing could prepare me for how close we would become through the Heights' Alumna Bible Study in our college years. Since beginning our monthly coffee dates in college, I am so grateful to be a friend you allow into your inner circle, it is a privilege I will never take for granted. You and Dustin so intimately know the journey of Garrett and I; thank you for the sensitivity, friendship and trust you displayed all throughout the time it has taken to get to this point. I know we wouldn't be here without you!

Dustin Arnold

Groomsman

Dustin and I were buddies in high school but became close as college roommates at Biola. I have Dustin to thank for even being in the position to be writing a bio about him on my wedding website. He was the one that first brought up the idea of dating Sam, and since the first time seeing her at his wedding, he's had to endure endless conversations about her. Thanks, man, for always bending an ear, I love our talks and the fact that Team Yas is finally complete! You and Haley have been such a support to our relationship and we're so grateful to have you both in our corner, and to have you as one of my closest friends.

Caitlin Tucker

Bridesmaid

This girl is one of a kind, our relationship has stood the test of time as a couple of hiccups in our late teen years threatened the close bond we had established in high school. Since that time, Cate has become one of my trusted friends, one I can always expect honesty and empathy from, as well as a game plan of how to overcome what I just vented about, all in one setting. She's Wonder Woman: an incredible mom, loving wife, passionate follower of Christ and true friend. She wears her heart on her sleeve, makes THE best homemade chocolate chip cookies and would rather live life in a pair of worn-in jeans than anything else. These are only a few reasons why I adore her.

Dave Vincent

Groomsman

Dave and I became friends in high school playing water polo and stayed close since that time. Because we both have unique work schedules, it's not uncommon for us to chat for an hour plus a couple days a week. Man, I'm so grateful for you as a friend, I love our talks and the nights we get together to catch up on our reality TV shows. Ive had such a blast over the years going to mexico or driving out to the river together. You're a crack up and a loyal friend. I'm thankful to have you.

Natalie Argo

Bridesmaid

When I think of Natalie, I think of class. This woman exudes peace, patience and wisdom, with an inappropriate joke tastefully mixed in here and there. We met at a Bible Study a couple years back and hit it off over shared dreams, creativity and vulnerability. Since then she has become close with my family as well as a crucial part of some projects very near and dear to my heart. Nat, you are one I treasure time spent with, texts sent in the moment of weakness or celebration, and numerous phone calls regarding the pursuit of God's perfect plan. You are a gift, a force to be reckoned with, a mean maker of homemade Argentinean and Mexican food, and a wiz behind the camera lense. Love you dearly.

Travis McShane

Groomsman

Travis and I met the summer before freshman year trying out for the basketball team. Travis is one of the few people i stayed close with that wasnt part of my water polo or church groups. We have such a good time just hanging out together grabbin dinner or heading out to the river. Trav you're a great friend. From river memories to going on the church hunt together in our college years, to our lunches at Roscoe's during the workweek, you're such a valued person in my life man.

Robin Anderson

Bridesmaid

Robin and I managed to become friends and initially grow our relationship anywhere besides Southern California: Mission trips to Chile, family visits to Tahoe, Facetime conversations from Australia, etc. We embody very different personalities, but what we do share is a love for human expression in word, nature, design, and music, an adoration for God and His ability to renew, and the ol' fashioned joy of sharing a meal with wine. Rob, your appreciation for details is among one of the top things I adore about you, thank you for hugging me tight, never letting a friendship date go undervalued, and feeling your emotions so deeply I can't help but feel them as well. I am so grateful of the support you've given me over the years, the process of getting married has been no different. Xoxoxo

Ted Ceausu

Groomsman

Ted's my sister, Lauren's, husband. And though you've been around the family forever, you and I didn't start finding common ground until I was in college. Since that time though, you've become one of the most valued voices in my life. You're wise and funny and know when to lighten the mood. I love the talks we get to have while we're both driving around throughout the day. Thank you for welcoming Sam into the family with open arms and for being excited and supportive of every step of this journey. Love you, Brother.

Nicole Titus

Bridesmaid

Beloved Cousin! Our relationship has evolved in so many ways the last decade or so, thanks to the family girl's trips our mothers have insisted on instilling in us so well. I'm so thankful that because of these annual trips, your home of Dallas has been made to not feel far at all. You are genuine, thoughtful in every facet of your life, incredibly devoted and hardworking, and in so many ways you ground my dreamer's mind in the best of ways simply by my being around you. You love in such an under-the-radar, steadfast way that will never go unappreciated by my heart. Thank you for enduring the countless staged photos complete with props, matching tee's and silly faces with me over the years; our memories are irreplaceable to me. I love you.

Grant Young

Groomsman

Grant's my cousin from my family in Oklahoma. Although we don't get to see each other very often, we stay in contact and always in the loop with each other. Grant, we've had some really great times together and though we don't get to have much facetime with our lives being real far apart, I value our friendship so highly and think of you as a brother. Thanks for coming all the way out here to stand up with me on the most important day of my life. Love you
