Sydney
Bride
Sydney spent most of her life in Florida, but lived in five other states throughout her childhood, including Santa Fe, NM! She moved to Arizona on her own in 2021 to continue her local government career with Maricopa County. She enjoys binge watching shows, traveling, playing flute in community band, and trying new restaurants with Sam. Sydney is thrilled to be gaining a whole new family in the Rosendahl-Kory clan. She can't believe she gets to marry her best friend, Rachael, oops I mean Sam!
Sam
Groom
Sam grew up in Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State in 2018 and has been working in logistics since 2022. Currently he works for an iron and scrap metal recycling company. He enjoys being outside, eating good food and sweet treats, and hanging out on the couch at the end of the day. He has felt welcomed by the Bleiweiss family and is excited to join their family. Most of all, he is over the moon to have found his partner for life in Sydney!
Vinny & Luna
Pets of Honor
Sam adopted Vinny in November 2020. Sam and Sydney brought Luna home from Sam's scrap yard in June 2025. Vinny and Luna have learned to cohabitate, however Vinny just tolerates her antics. Sam and Sydney can't imagine their lives without them!
Harriet & Alan
Parents of the Bride
Harriet and Alan have been married for 38 years, lived in 5 different states, and raised two wonderful kids: Neil and Sydney. Native to Florida (by way of Brooklyn), they now live in Arizona. They are semi-retired, Alan is a personal trainer and Harriet, a travel advisor. They are so proud of Sydney and the amazing woman she has become. They love Sam and wish them a beautiful life together.
Evyann
Mother of the Groom
Evyann is a native Arizonan growing up in what was then the small border city of Nogales. She raised her 3 amazing kids in Chandler, AZ and could not be more proud of and impressed with the adults they are. She is grateful that they and her grandchildren are local loving seeing them as often as she can. She enjoys participating in anything related to the grands, being part of her church community, connecting with friends near & far, day trips, and a theater movie experience with popcorn and Diet Coke in hand. She is thrilled beyond measure to have wonderful Sydney in the family.
Neil
Bride's Brother
Neil has been Sydney's brother for her entire life, suffering through many hair pulls, fights about nothing, laughs about nothing, and several cross-country moves. Neil works as an instructional designer at a hospital system in Tampa, Florida, and when not working, participates in local community theater. Neil is excited and proud of his little sister for who she's grown up to be and looks forward to welcoming Sam into the family.
Emily & Brock
Groom's Sister & Brother-in-law
Emily and Brock married in 2017, meeting originally by OKCupid after Brock moved to Arizona from Wisconsin for work. He has since been working as Epic analyst at Valleywise Health in Phoenix. Emily is a nurse by background, working with physician group Vituity as Quality Program Manager- involved in Medicare reporting. They are both avid gym members and movie goers, otherwise all hobbies are based on the children. They can’t wait for Sydney to officially join the family!
Paul & Erin
Groom's Brother & Sister-in-law
Erin and Paul met at Oktoberfest in Tempe in 2016 and have been together ever since. Erin will soon begin her career as a Family Medicine physician in Chandler and Paul works as a professional HVAC mechanical engineer; he’s your go-to for all things air conditioning. Paul and Erin enjoy spending time with their black lab, Lulu, and are happily busy with their newborn baby, PJ. Erin especially appreciates how kind and welcoming Sydney is, while Paul admires Sydney’s ability to keep Sam in check when needed (which, by his account, is fairly often). They are both so happy to welcome Sydney into the family and are excited to have a new sister.
Adeline, Paxton & PJ
Flower Girl, Ring Bearer, Newest Nephew
Adeline, Paxton, and PJ are Sam's niece and nephews. Adeline is 7 years old and is in second grade. She enjoys crafting and animals. Her go-to phrase is “first of all, I have a question.” Paxton is 5 and is in kindergarten. He enjoys imaginary play and breaking things. His go-to phrase is “I just love you.” PJ was born in April 2024. So far he enjoys eating, sleeping and waking up every three hours in the night. His go-to phrase is “babababa.”
