Dress Code: Elevated Casual. Think put-together without being overly formal. Sundresses, skirts, or stylish tops for women; button-downs, polos, or lightweight shirts with chinos or nice shorts for men. Layers are encouraged as it can cool off in the evening, and get windy by the water.
Join us at the picnic pavilion at Nevada Beach to kick off the weekend! We’ll have a taco bar from Sombreros, drinks, and plenty of time to mingle. This is a relaxed gathering—no formal dinner, just good food, good company, and lakeside views. Nevada Beach is part of a U.S. Forest Service recreation area, and there is a $10 parking fee per vehicle. We highly encourage carpooling or using Uber/Lyft to make things easier for everyone!

Guests arrive: 4:00–4:30 PM Come grab a drink, and settle in! We’ll be mingling and soaking up the Tahoe evening together. ⸻ Happy hour & Appetizers: 4:00–5:15 PM Cocktails, light bites, and good company to kick things off. Sarah & Sam will be there to hang with you—no formal start, just good vibes. ⸻ Ceremony: 5:15 PM A short, joyful ceremony to celebrate together. Feel free to bring your drink, and don’t hold back—we fully support cheering, hootin’ and hollerin’. ⸻ Dinner: 5:45 PM Dinner will be wood-fired pizza from Get Rad and fresh salads. ⸻ Dessert & Dancing: 7:00 PM onward Once dinner wraps up, we’re heading straight into dancing, drinks, and celebrating under the Tahoe sky. ⸻ Conclusion: 10:00 PM ⸻ Things to know: • Be prepared to walk on grass/ uneven surfaces • Very limited parking available at the venue — Uber/Lyft highly encouraged!
