Is this a kid-friendly wedding?

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifically states you have a plus one, we kindly ask that you come solo.

Question

Can I stay somewhere other than the hotel room block?

Answer

Absolutely! Orlando has no shortage of hotel options, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are easy to come by and readily available near our venue.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I plan to arrive to not miss a thing?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Just let us know when you RSVP – we'll gladly make sure your meal accommodates your needs.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! You’ll find plenty of parking right outside the venue. Use this address for GPS: 7850 Shadow Tree Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34747

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a full open bar during the cocktail hour and reception, so you’ll have plenty of chances to cheers with us! There will be a beer & wine open bar at the welcome drinks, along with light bites.

Question

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in black tie optional to match the style and vibe of our celebration. For women: a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or even a stylish jumpsuit or pantsuit. For men: a tuxedo or dark suit. The average temperature in Florida in mid February is highs in the low 70s and lows in the mid 50s. Bridesmaids will be wearing sky blue.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue from elsewhere on the resort property?

Answer

If you don't have a car, there is a free hotel shuttle that can pick you up anywhere on the property and take you to the clubhouse. The easiest way to do this is to dial 0 from your room and ask the operator. While they are aware there is a wedding on site and have staffed accordingly, it is strongly recommended that you call for the shuttle at least 30 minutes before you wish to depart in order to ensure there is enough time.
