Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal. For women, this means a floor-length gown or a fancy cocktail dress. For men, this means a dark (e.g. black, navy) suit or tuxedo.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

All permit parking is free on weekends. Parking is available around The Oval and east of The Oval on Roth Way. If you’d like to park near the reception at The Stanford Faculty Club, parking is available at Tresidder Parking Lot. Our ceremony and reception are located a 5-minute walk away from each other.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony: Please arrive early — seating begins at 1PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30PM. Intermission: 3:00-4:30PM — a time for guests to mingle or explore the campus before the reception. Reception: Doors open at 4:30PM. There will be a cocktail hour followed by dinner.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, only professional photography is permitted by Memorial Church. During the reception, we welcome you to take photos and videos!

Question

Dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can ensure an appropriate dinner for you at the reception.
