Welcome Party on the Mountain!

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Summer casual chic - relaxed, yet festive vibes for an outdoor mountain evening.

If you are arriving Friday night, we'd love to have you join our welcome dinner slope side. Pizza will be served and an assortment of beer and wine. Please RSVP so we can get a rough estimate. If your kids are with you, they are welcome to attend this event!

The Ceremony and Party!

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail - please wear colorful attire! (If you really want to jump in, think Garden Party Attire in soft pastels - blush pinks, lilacs, soft yellows, corals, soft greens that match the VT wildflowers!)

The ceremony and party is right down the hill from the Resort. We'll provide shuttles from the main resort at 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm followed by cocktails, dinner, creemees and dancing! Note to the ladies: The ceremony is outside in the grass, so you might want to leave the stilettos at home. Note for parents: We realize this is a long trip for many of you -- while we welcome children to come for the weekend, we are unable to accommodate children at the ceremony and reception on Saturday. We are happy to help coordinate childcare options!

Brunch

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Say goodbye before heading out! We'll be hosting a casual get together with bagels, fruit, coffee, etc. Weather permitting, we will either be outside right off the mountain, or we'll be in the bridal suite in the hotel. Please RSVP so we can get a rough estimate.
