Yes, and we are hopeful the third time is a charm! We understand that the situation is in constant flux, but based on the current CDC guidelines and the recommendations of the state, we feel that it will be safe to gather and celebrate. We will keep you informed if that should change, however, so please continue to check out our website for updates. Regarding testing and vaccination requirements, we are keeping an eye on the situation and will be in touch with guests beforehand, if needed.
Yes, you do as everyone's availability may have changed! We will be sending out another round of formal invitations in the mail in early 2022 with a new RSVP card.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the afternoon so we recommend you arrive around 5:00pm to enjoy a drink and the scenery at The Deering Estate. The cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, followed by the reception.
The dress code is spring formal and we recommend men wear dark suits or tuxedoes and women wear below the knee dresses. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
We recommend driving or taking an Uber or Lyft to Deering Estate. We will have transportation available after the wedding at 11:00pm that will take you back to the Biltmore, Thesis, Aloft, or after party!
We invite our out-of-town guests to attend a Welcome Celebration on Friday, March 18th at Bulla Gastrobar from 6:30 to 9:30 in the evening. Other than the wedding ceremony and reception there are no other events as we want our guests to have time to enjoy Miami!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at The Deering Estate!
