City Hall Ceremony & Lunch

Cocktail Attire
The city clerks office does not allow for appointments, so our plan is to show up as early as possible and hope the waiting time is short! The city also restricts the number of people you can bring to the ceremony, so we will be limiting attendees to immediate family and a short list of friends shared between Sam and Katie who are already local in NYC. Given the quick nature of how we're getting married, we did not feel comfortable asking anyone to travel and take a day off from work who does not already live in the NYC area (outside of our immediate families). You will hear directly from us if we'd like you to attend the ceremony, and lunch afterwards in downtown Manhattan (location TBD).
Celebratory Dinner & Drinks

Cocktail Attire
We will be hosting a small celebratory dinner and drinks in the evening with immediate family and friends who attend our ceremony at city hall earlier in the day on March 15th. We've chosen to celebrate at Hart's, one of our favorite restaurants in our neighborhood serving amazing New American food in an intimate space, and we'll have the place to ourselves! You will hear directly from us if we'd like your presence at dinner.

We will be spending the day with as many family and friends as possible at one of our favorite BBQ spots, Pig Beach, in Gowanus on Saturday, March 16th. Please feel free to come hang out with us as long as you'd like for snacks, bevs, darty-ing, etc.
