We advised guests to arrive to the island at least two days prior to the events to get adjusted to the time difference. We will have some group meet-ups planned for several days prior.

We are located on The Big Island of Hawaii so plan to fly into the Kona International Airport (KOA). The most convenient accommodation would be located in downtown Kailua-Kona, or along Ali'i Drive. 

SUN PROTECTION is imperative. Please be prepared with sunglasses, hats, sunhoodies/shirts, and reef-safe mineral sunscreen.

The sightseeing in the town of Kailua-Kona is fairly limited. For any wider sightseeing, it is recommended to utilize a rental car as rideshares/taxis can be limited and expensive.
