The earlier the better! We will be accepting both online and mailed in RSVP cards. Please respond no later than January 18th, 2023.
Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at The Clarion in Seekonk MA for guests who may want to stay closer to our venue. Instructions on how to book within our block and additional hotels in the area are all listed on the "Travel & Accommodations" tab.
Yes! Our venue has ample complimentary self parking. If you prefer to get a ride, our venue is accessible through Uber and Lyft.
Yes! The elevator is available for all guests and is located to the left of the main lobby. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be taking place on the second floor of the venue.
Doors open at 4:00pm, but generally guests should plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and get settled. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp and latecomers will not be permitted into the ceremony space.
We would love to see our friends and family get fancy with us! The dress code is cocktail formal- think suits (ties are optional), floor length and cocktail dresses, or even a polished pantsuit. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride!
Historically March in Massachusetts can be a bit of a wild card! Our cocktail hour and reception are indoors, but if the weather permits we will be having our ceremony outside on the lawn. We advise guests to bring a light jacket just in case.
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will be included on your invitation by name or "and guest" (ex: John Smith and Guest). Due to many factors, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited.
We love your little ones- we really do! However, due to many factors, our wedding is an adults only event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
We will have passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course dinner and dessert buffet during the reception. We will also be having an open bar all night so be prepared!
We are more than happy to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you require any accommodations please utilize our online RSVP system as it has an area for you to fill out any special requests (such as being gluten free or needing a vegan meal).
We would rather see your beautiful faces in our ceremony photos than your phones! We kindly ask that you refrain from obstructing views and the photographer if you do take a photo or video of the ceremony.
